Two bone-in, deep fried pork chops served with red rice, fried okra and a cornbread muffin.

Fried flounder basket served with fries.

Cold steamed shrimp salad with strawberries, cucumbers, red onion and crumbled bacon over romaine lettuce with a citrus vinaigrette.

Soup: Sausage gumbo
